Our Story

Kids Tag Art is student-focused program designed to encourage creativity and raise funds for art programs in Indian River County elementary schools. Every year, 5th grade students design their own vanity license plate and compete for awards and prizes.

Since launching the program in 2018, Kids Tag Art – Indian River Inc has distributed over [$] in private donations to art programs in over [x] elementary schools in Indian River County. Judges review every masterpiece submitted – over 1,000 every year – and decide on a 1st and 2nd place winner from each school, in addition to one County Wide Winner. Originally founded in 2006 in Polk County, FL, [number] county tax collectors now operate their own Kids Tag Art program, and over $2 million in private and corporate donations has been given back to elementary arts programs across the state.
